NCC Reno Suggestions/Feedback

After the past rent negotiations the park owners advised they were proposing construction to the north community center to address deficiencies with the bathrooms and kitchen, along with other much needed renovations, and they invited resident feedback.
 
Your HOA Board created a committee of 5 residents who have met several times to discuss future renovations, and have surveyed group leaders for their opinions.  There were many ideas tabled to the committee with the main ones being to upgrade bathrooms to code; a workable kitchen; more storage; and a better sound system.
 
We invite Woodbrook residents to provide ideas/suggestions that we can add to our list by emailing the committee at [email protected]

There will also be forms in both club houses with a box to put your comments in. We were told there is a budget so we know we won't  get everything but we will be working together as a committee to get the most we can for our residents.
