Committed to keeping your personal information private, WoodbrookHOA will not sell, distribute, or share any personal information you provide. Personal information we possess will be used for administering the relationship between yourself and WoodbrookHOA.

Only pictures that are, or appear to be, taken in a public setting, will ever be posted on this site, but we cannot, and will not, attempt to attain permission of anyone in any photograph or video to post said photograph or video.  Once someone is in a public place and a picture is taken of them, HOA cannot be expected to control non-commercial use of the picture.The webmaster will consider any complaints received pertaining to any photo or video and may elect to remove any photo or video, or seek an appropriate edit, as a result from a complaint. Any complaints and action taken will be reported to the HOA Board in the monthly reporting process.

Where possible, members who do not wish for their pictures to be taken at public events should notify the photographer present of their request to  be excluded from picture taking and that photographer should do their best to comply with that request.
